Refunds
Digital files can’t be handed back, so we don’t do change-of-mind refunds once you’ve downloaded. If something is broken, missing or not what we described, you get your money back.

The short version
Everything here is an instant download, so there’s no return to make and nothing for us to restock. That cuts both ways: we can’t offer a general “changed my mind” refund after you have the files, but we will refund in full, quickly and without an argument, when the product doesn’t do what its page said it would.
Before you buy, the product page tells you what’s inside, what formats you get and what you need to open them. Read it — and ask us first if anything is unclear. We’d far rather answer a question than process a refund.
When we refund
We refund in full in any of these cases:
- The files are faulty. Corrupt, unopenable, or an archive that’s missing files it should contain — and re-downloading doesn’t fix it.
- The product isn’t as described. Wrong formats, wrong resolution, materially fewer items than the page listed, or content that doesn’t match what was shown.
- Delivery failed. You paid and, for whatever reason on our side, you never got access.
- You bought the same thing twice — or bought a product already included in a bundle you own. We refund the duplicate, no questions asked.
- The charge wasn’t yours. If someone used your card without permission, contact us and we’ll refund and revoke access immediately.
- You changed your mind and haven’t downloaded anything. Ask within 14 days and, as long as no file on the order has been downloaded, we’ll refund it as a goodwill gesture.
If a file is simply broken, we’ll usually try to fix or replace it first — but if you’d rather have the money back, say so and that’s what happens.
When we don’t
Outside your statutory rights below, we generally can’t refund once files have been downloaded and there’s nothing wrong with them. Specifically:
- You downloaded the files and then decided you didn’t want them after all.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and downloaded it anyway. Tell us before downloading and we’ll fix it.
- You don’t have, or don’t want to buy, the software a product needs — the requirements are on every product page.
- You expected a different style, and the product is exactly what the page and previews showed.
- You don’t know how to use it. That’s a support question, and we’ll help — email us.
- The product has since gone on sale, or is now part of a bundle, after you paid full price.
None of this applies where the law says otherwise. Where a mandatory consumer right in your country conflicts with this section, the law wins.
Your statutory rights
EU and EEA customers
Distance sales in the EU normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can be given up — but only if you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by starting it. That confirmation is presented at checkout before you pay, and buying is what gives it.
Until you have given that consent and delivery has begun, your 14-day withdrawal right stands and you can cancel for any reason. Separately, and regardless of withdrawal, EU law entitles you to digital content that conforms to what was described — if it doesn’t, you’re entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or refund. Nothing on this page limits those rights.
UK customers
The same structure applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013: immediate delivery of digital content with your express consent and acknowledgement ends the 14-day cancellation right. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described — and if it isn’t, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Those rights are yours whatever this page says.
Everywhere else
Many countries — Australia, Canada, India, Bangladesh and others — give consumers non-excludable guarantees about goods and services matching their description. We honour them. If your local law gives you a stronger right than this policy, exercise it and we’ll follow it.
How to request a refund
Email contact@1dot1.shop or use the contact form, ideally within 14 days of your purchase, with:
- the order id from your receipt (it looks like
1.1-20418), - the email address you bought with, and
- what went wrong — a screenshot or the exact error helps us fix it for the next person too.
We aim to reply within one business day. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Their systems handle the money; the timing after that is your bank’s, and typically lands within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued in US dollars, the currency the sale was made in. If your card was charged in another currency, your bank’s exchange rate on the refund may differ slightly from the rate on the original charge — that difference is the bank’s, not something we can adjust.
After a refund
When a refund is issued:
- the licence for that product ends — see the licence terms;
- access to the files is removed from your library and any outstanding download links stop working;
- you must delete the copies you downloaded and stop using them in any project.
Refunding a bundle removes access to everything inside it. If you only want to keep part of a bundle, talk to us before we process anything.
Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, please email us before contacting your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee on top of the refunded amount, and we can usually just refund you the same day.
We do contest chargebacks that are raised without contact and where the files were downloaded, using our delivery and download records as evidence. Access to disputed purchases is suspended while a dispute is open. This is not aimed at anyone who has a genuine problem — it’s aimed at the small number of people who download and then dispute.
Tax, currency and fees
Prices are set in US dollars. Any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country is calculated and added at checkout by Lemon Squeezy, who account for it as merchant of record. When we refund an order, the tax charged on it is refunded with it.
The other currencies shown on the site are a convenience conversion for browsing only. The amount you’re actually charged — and refunded — is the US dollar amount at checkout.
